Wrestling is a form of fighting between two opponents who grapple with each others bodies. There are several different ways to score points such as: Take Downs(Gaining control over an opponent from a neutral position), Reversals(Gaining control over an opponent from a defensive position), Exposure(Exposing your opponent'S back to the mat), and Lifting(Successfully lifting an opponent).

School practices are held every day except for Fridays and weekends, at the Guide/Scout center's gym. They start after school and go to 4:00 or 4:30. Anyone can join the team, just come to practice or talk to the coaches(Mr. Clark/Mr. Baille/M. Ray/C. Davison).
